Great for the money, central location. City view was worthy. Antwerp district deserves to be explored.
-
I liked everything, great location, all the amenities.
There was no hair dryer.
-
Very helpful staff in all parts of the hotel and not just at reception. Room was clean and well laid out. Bathroom was immaculate with good design. Located immediately opposite the Antwerp Central train station is was so quick and easy to find.
-
Good value hotel next to Antwerp Central Train station so handy for train connections. Antwerp Zoo and Diamond museum nearby, as well as several good restarants. The hotel is a fairly long way away form the city centre, but as Trams and buses are available nearby this is no really an issue - besides you would pay a lot more for a hotel in the city centre.
I had to pay for my stay upon checking in (rather than checking out), which given I was only staying one night I though this was a bit odd. None of the other four hotels I stayed at in Belgium did this so it must be the Hotel's policy.

we came by train and its 3 min walk from the station so perfect. The rooms are basic but very clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, the hotel is good value for its money.
it was quit noisy during the night. Ideal would be if you slept at the back.

Hotel staff very nice, Breakfast poor, could have done with more pillows and Towels, Internet was free but Flacky. Great Location, Rooms very clean and large range of channels on flat screen Tv.

Nothing too good to be mentioned. Everything was just fine. Breakfast is ok.
The hotel is a bit far away from the city centre and the only things of interest near is the zoo, the central train/metro/bus station and the jewish neighborhood (with the diamond museum). The hotel itself was a bit noisy, because there were all the day a lot of seagulls near and the were doing noise all the day (not by night thanks to god).
-
location and location, with beatuful room and just poosite the central station
No tea or kettle provided.
-
The location was convenient to town center and train staion.
-
Nice, clean room. Although we read about the rooms being cold, you have to open the heater and there you have it. We only spent a night as we were there for a concert, but it was a very good place, located across the street from Antwerpen Centraal.
-
Very close to the train station, 20 minutes walk to the main street, convenient for the city sight viewing.
The elevator seems not working when we down to the lobby.
-
The possibility to stay in a room with 4 friends. When we called if it was possible to put in an extra bed, it was no problem. Nice staff, breakfast included and the location was great, 10 metres from central station.
-
The location is prefect, their breakfast is excellent and their room is very ok
-
Excellent Location for City Centre, Diamond Shops, Zoo, Shopping & Restuarants. Room clean,Staff friendly & breakfast quite good,
Mosquittos in the room & water pressure a little low on the 9th Floor
-
The breakfast was exceptionally nice as well as the hotel staff.
A hairdryer would be a great addition to the room.
